Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteers can contribute to safe boating by helping teach boating courses, by giving general safe boating presentations, and by supporting law enforcement efforts around the state.

All persons interested in being a volunteer must pass a background check.

Volunteers typically report to an Area Supervisor at one of our field offices. You should contact the Area Supervisor near you to determine what type of activities you might be qualified for. [Field Offices]
