Watershed and Stream Management Program (NPS: Nonpoint Source & Lake Erie coastal)

Manage and/or oversee the watershed programs of DSWR.  This includes the Ohio
Watershed Coordinator Grant Program, the Coastal Nonpoint Source Pollution Control
Program, and the Ohio Nonpoint Source Management Program (ODNR portion). 
Administers two staff (Constance White and Matt Adkins), 2 annual grants from Ohio
EPA, and roughly 30 sub-grants to local watershed partnerships. Expertise in watershed

 Coordinators
Coordinate the development and implementation of the Ohio Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Control Program. 
This includes the Ohio Watershed Coordinator Grant Program in the Lake Erie Basin. Coordinate with federal,
state and local Great Lakes Agencies, Programs and Policies related to Lake Erie. Expertise includes Great

Based in McArthur Ohio - Assist with the Ohio Watershed Coordinator Grant Program
working directly with coordinators in western and eastern Ohio.  The overall focus is on the
Ohio River Basin and Gulf of Mexico Hypoxia issues while addressing local water quality concerns.  
Skills provided to watershed grant sponsors and groups in job description development and interview
process, funding resources, watershed planning and organization, grant development and review,
