Works with the chief in administering the dam safety program and setting
related policies and procedures. Manages the following programs: Permits Program
for the construction of new dams and levees, Repairs Program for the repair of
existing dams and levees, and the Enforcement Program for bringing dams and

dams and levees; prepare written reports and summaries of field observations
analyzing hydrologic, hydraulic, and stability criteria and evaluating hazard
classification.  Project manager performing construction inspections of
foundations, embankments, spillway systems, and relative appurtenances to evaluate
compliance with approved construction plans.  Review detailed design reports,
construction blueprints and specifications of water resource projects for compliance
with Ohio Dam Laws and general engineering standards, and provide recommendations on,
