 (AADP) Administrative Assistance Development Program
Based in Brookville Ohio - Work with 9 Soil and Water Conservation Districts in southwest Ohio. 
Act as liaison between the Division of Soil and Water Resources and, the Ohio Soil & Water Conservation
Commission, Ohio Federation of Soil & Water Conservation Districts and other entities and the local soil
and water conservation districts. Assist SWCDs in program development, strategic planning, office
administration, personnel issues, budgeting, and training of both SWCD board members and staff. 
Provide internal audits and conduct board member elections. Provide timely local Support to area
districts with any/all operations.  Expertise: Facilitation and coordination of events, training, programs,
communication, outreach, marketing, mediation, financial processes, and human resource concerns.

Based in Findlay Ohio - Liaison between 12 north central Ohio Soil and Water Conservation
Districts (SWCD) and State and Federal Agencies to develop and implement conservation
programs for the State of Ohio. Advise SWCD’s on administrative and financial issues,
including budgeting, staffing, employee training, evaluation and retention, program evaluation
and development. Conduct administrative and financial audits annually and assist the Ohio Soil
and Water Conservation Commission with conducting SWCD Supervisor Elections. Provide
administrative support for the Area 1 Directors of the Ohio Federation of Soil & Water
Conservations Districts. Provide technical support for the Soil and Water Information &
Management System (SWIMS), a SWCD Reporting and Timekeeping Computer Program, 
primarily to 22 SWCD’s in northwest Ohio Districts with some statewide responsibilities. 
Provide support as a member of the Area Assistance Team for watershed groups operating
under Planning or Implementation Grants thru the division’s Watershed Section.
