Abandoned Underground Mine Map
Reporting Form

 

ODNR is seeking historic, abandoned underground mine (AUM) maps to expand its existing database of abandoned underground coal and mineral resources mines throughout Ohio.

If you have an underground mine map, or map-related documents, please fill in and submit the questionnaire below
or mail in this paper version. 
If we do not have your document(s) on record, we will contact you to arrange to send them to us. We then will scan them and RETURN them to you as soon as possible.
