If you've already signed up, click here to check your points balance .  After Logging On, click on “My Rewards Points”  to view your Earned Points as well as Pending Points for future reservations.

Points will be awarded at the base rate of 20 points for each $1 spent on overnight rentals (i.e. campsites, cottages, Getaway Rentals).

Ohio State Parks may adjust this base rate at its discretion.

Sign up by June 30, 2010 and receive points for all 2009 stays made under your customer number.

“Bonus” points may be awarded for certain activities or purchases at various times at the discretion of Ohio State Parks.

Points will NOT be awarded for the reservation fee and any taxes.

Points will NOT be awarded for the purchase of Ohio State Park Gift Cards.

Points will NOT be awarded for any cancellation fees.

Points will NOT be awarded for any refunds.

Points will NOT be awarded for any purchases, rentals or stays at concession operated facilities, including state park resort lodges & cottages.

All dollar amounts will be rounded down to the whole dollar (i.e. $25.01=500 points; $25.99=500 points).

When multiple reservations are made in one transaction, the customer id used to make the reservation will receive all points associated with all reservations.  Points will not be awarded to the other occupants of the sites.

When reservations for multiple sites are made in separate transactions by a single person who knows the customer information for the occupants of each site, the points shall be awarded to the occupant of the site, if the occupant has previously enrolled in the program.   The person making the reservation may not enroll these people in the program at the time of reservation.

Points shall be awarded after an overnight stay or day use facility rental is completed.   "Overnight stay" means from check-in until check-out and not each individual night.

Once enrolled, point redemption will begin for new reservations with arrival dates on or after January 1, 2010.

Points can be redeemed according to the following schedule:

Redemption levels and awards offered may be adjusted by Ohio State Parks at its discretion.

Points can be accumulated toward any reward.  Point redemption is entirely at the discretion of the card holder.

Points cannot be redeemed in the same transaction in which they are earned.

Points cannot be redeemed at concession-operated facilities, such as resort lodges, select marinas, etc.  Check with the individual operation to verify participation in this program.

Points can only be used when making a new reservation.

Points cannot be used toward existing reservations that are paid in full.

Points cannot be used toward the reservation fee.

Refunds for an existing reservation will not be given in order for points to be substituted as a method of payment for a night(s).

Previously earned points can be redeemed to pay the balance on a cottage reservation.

Multiple free nights can be redeemed for the same stay, if the reservation meets the criteria spelled out above.

Points for overnight rewards cannot be redeemed on the following dates:

Points will be removed from the customer's account at the time of redemption.

No taxes will be charged on the redemption of cottage or getaway rental nights.

If a refund is requested for an overnight stay transaction involving both points and another payment method, the refund will be given based of the payment method for the specific night that is refunded. (ie, if the refunded night was paid in points, points will be returned; but if the refunded night was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the credit card that was used for payment.)

Points have no cash value and can only be used for the rewards offered by Ohio State Parks.

Only one Rewards Card account will be issued per household.  Each account holder will be issued one card and 2 keychain tags for other members of the household to use.

Points from multiple accounts cannot be combined into one account.

Points cannot be redeemed in the same transaction in which they are earned.

Points cannot be used for the partial payment of any reward level.  (eg, 3,500 points cannot be redeemed for 50% off one night of camping)

Points cannot be assigned to another person or account.

If a card is lost, Ohio State Parks will provide a maximum of one (1) replacement card per calendar year.

Reward points will expire on December 30, 2013.

Employees of Ohio State Parks may participate in this program.
