- Provide clean, safe facilities for visitors and make incremental improvements to modernize
- Increase staff visibility
- Utilize law enforcement resources in the most effective and efficient manner to provide for visitor safety
- Maintain high standards for public health and safety, and educate visitors regarding safety issues
- Improve consistency among overnight facility amenities, as feasible
- Improve communication through better use of technology, website, signage and employee/volunteer training
- Improve the process for soliciting visitor feedback and responding to visitors’ needs
- As feasible and cost effective, adopt and provide visitors access to emerging new technologies
