The plat maps listed under each county are sorted by plat number from low to high. Plat numbering is from north to south along the canals, so the hightest number listed in a county is the southern-most plat map in that county (note the illustration). Also included, next to each county name, is a listing of the canal station numbers within the county.
Click on the county name to view the maps available for that county. The Zipped files contain CCITT Group 4 compressed Tagged Image File Format (TIFF or .tif) images of the original plat map drawings of the Miami & Erie Canal as surveyed from approximately 1890 to 1915.
