Karst Reporting

To support the Division of Geological Survey's efforts to investigate, identify, and map karst features across Ohio, we have created a reporting form for Ohio citizens to fill out and submit if they are aware of such features. While we are primarily concerned with the karst feature known as sinkholes, we welcome any information on karst caverns or caves.

Please fill out this report on suspected karst features of any size.
Provide as much of the requested information as possible. If you know the coordinates of the feature (latitude and longitude from a map or GPS receiver), please provide that information as well.
