County Drift-Thickness Maps

County maps on a topographic base at a scale of 1:62,500 (1 inch equals about 1 mile) showing hand-drawn thickness contours of the unconsolidated glacial deposits. County bases composited in 1970's. Drift-thickness compilation dates range from 1971 to 1989. These maps are useful for regional overview, but the information portrayed has been superseded by the 1:24,000-scale bedrock-topography maps. Black-and-white xerographic copies. Each map is $4.00.
