1971 Comments:
These trees have an attractive pyramidal habit and appear to be a good selection for this size tree lawn and area.

1997 Comments:
Homeowners had to buy their trees. Only a portion of the area was planted according to the city forester. Many of the trees planted were removed because of root and sidewalk conflicts. The plants remaining look to be in fairly good shape.

 
Forty percent of the overall planting survived (2 of 5 trees).
1997 data on the table are based on two trees.
