2012 Grant Informational Meeting Powerpoint

2012 Grant Application packages are now available.

The Division of Recycling & Litter Prevention’s 2012 grant funding information is now available.  Although the eligible applicants vary from grant to grant, generally the following entities are able to apply and receive funding:  Ohio counties, municipal corporations, townships, villages, solid waste management districts or authorities, soil & water conservation districts, Keep Ohio Beautiful affiliates, any agency of the state as defined in Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, board of education, joint vocational school districts, private sector businesses and non-profit organizations. Division grants range from $2,000 to $350,000 depending on the grant type.  All programs are competitive in nature. Some grant options require cash match, while others require no match but may recommend financial or in-kind contributions to demonstrate a sense of commitment. Both written and electronic applications must be U.S. postmarked or delivered to the division by the designated deadline date.
