Litter cleanup activities in the Cleveland Lakefront State Park will include monthly beach cleanups and park litter pick ups at Edgewater Park and weekly beach cleanups and park litter cleanups at Euclid Beach, Villa Angela and Wildwood areas. Beach and park cleanups will last for two hours and will consist of picking up litter and recyclables, conducting routine weather observations and collecting baseline water quality data that will be recorded in the Great Lakes Basin’s Adopt-a-Beach volunteer database.

This project will consist of educating watershed residents, businesses, school age kids, and community decision makers on the importance of the natural resources in the area.
