Iowa:  Davis and Pottawattamie counties. Kansas: Counties of Cheyenne and Decatur.  Maryland: Allegany County  Michigan: Kent County.
Minnesota: Counties of Aitkin, Goodhue, Lac Qui Parle, Olmstead, Ramsey, and Stearns.
Missouri: Macon County. 
Montana: Granite County Nebraska: Counties of Arthur, Banner, Box, Buffalo, Butte, Cherry, Cheyenne, Custer, Dawes, Deuel, Grant, Garden, Hall, Holt, Keith, Kimball, Morrill, Red Willow, Sioux, Scotts Bluff, Sheridan.  New Mexico: Counties of Dona Ana, Otero, and Socorro.  New York: Oneida County.
