Any of the parking lots along C.H. 68 near the large wetlands are also good eagle viewing areas. Read about rare nest found in goose tub in 2004.

Old Woman Creek National Estuarine Research Reserve and State Nature Preserve - Erie County Located on State Rt. 6 near Huron, this coastal wetland is a great place to look for eagles. Check at the Reserve’s visitor center to see where the nest is this year, or walk along the 1.4 mile trail behind the visitor center. An observation deck near the unique freshwater estuary makes spotting eagles fairly easy.
