ERIN is administered and partially funded by the ODNR Division of Soil and Water Resources.

Additional funding is provided through a grant from the Ohio Water Development Authority.

DAS Office of Information Technology provides construction services.

Interagency support is provided by the Ohio Water Resources Council and the Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
