Common Sense Initiative - Proposed Rule Changes
Ohio’s new Common Sense Initiative, dubbed CSI Ohio, was created by Gov. John R. Kasich and Lt. Governor Mary Taylor to review Ohio’s regulatory system to eliminate excessive and duplicative rules that stand in the way of job creation.
In order to comply with this initiative, the division will post on this page any rule change proposals that are required to be reviewed. You have the opportunity to read the proposal, see the Business Impact Analysis for the rule, and submit your comments.
