- 		In Lakewood, three publicly accessible road rights-of-way provide scenic Lake Erie views. Starting on the west, they are Webb Road and Summit Avenue both of which intersect with Clifton Boulevard (U.S. routes 6 and 20 and State Route 2, respectively). The third, Cliff Drive, is accessible from Nicholson Avenue which also intersects Clifton Boulevard.

A mile east of Webb Road is the 0.12-acre Summit Avenue scenic overlook. Similar to Webb Road, Summit Avenue’s pavement ends approximately 90 feet from the bluff. The right-of-way continues as a mowed green space. Two park benches overlook Lake Erie. A chain-link fence prohibits access to the water.		 Location Map:
